Back into the Wild is dedicated to helping women through the transitions in our lives.

Back Into the Wild's mission is to bring women together in order to empower one another on our journey to wellness by hosting workshops, retreats and adventures; also, by just having fun.

Back into the Wild is for beginners. Our adventures and workshops are designed to suit everyone.

Participate in workshops and retreats designed with the woman in mind and led by a female guide.

YOGA: A discipline to help facilitate fat loss & muscle gain.

Staying Present in the Face of Food


Beginning April 15, 2013

Pam will begin a 6 week session focusing on facilitating fat loss and muscle gain through your Yoga practice. Each session will be an hour long with 15 minutes of discussion and gentle yoga and savasana, (relaxation) for the remainder of the hour. We will meet every Monday for 6 weeks. The yoga sessions are gentle and mindful of each individual in class. There will always be modifications if an asana, pose is more than a challenge. There will be a class from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and from 5:45pm to 6:45pm. Please call Pam at 970-690-8872 for additional details. Class size is limited to 6 students. Cost of the class is $48.00. This includes all handouts. Early bird registration before the end of March $40.00.

Lifestyle Management Throw your life for a loop with our lifestyle management. Learn to manage your life and release some of our every day stressors. Learn to appreciate yourself and those around you in a way to let go of stressors and bring in more fulfillment and productivity into your life.

Personal Training Achieve your full potential with personal training. Training packages can include up to four participants, or can be one on one if you prefer.
