Back Into the Wild hosts a series of workshops and retreats throughout the year. Workshops are physically geared toward a beginner's level so anyone can participate.Find your inner and outer strength in the comfort of a group of other women who can understand what you are going through and led by a female guide. These workshops are designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in a way that allows you to reach mental, physical and spiritual levels levels we are unable to reach in the midst of our busy lifestyles.
